Is it easy to use for non-technical staff?
Yes. Most schools are fully operational within 2–3 days. We train your staff on-site, and the interface needs no technical knowledge — if your clerk can use WhatsApp, they can run this.
Can you import our existing student data?
Yes. We migrate from Excel, Google Sheets, paper registers or any existing software — free, and handled by our team with zero data loss.
Is student data safe? Who owns it?
AES-256 encryption, ISO 27001 hosting, daily automated backups and compliance with Indian data-protection law. Your student, fee and staff data belongs to your school — always — and can be exported in full at any time. The platform itself is engineered and hosted by our team, which is what lets us keep improving it for every partner school.
How does the pricing actually work?
Four parts: a one-time development fee scoped to your requirement (your school’s contribution to the R&D that builds and keeps improving the platform), a monthly server charge of ₹2–₹3.5 per student, pay-as-you-go SMS and WhatsApp, and an annual maintenance fee that begins only after the first 11 months.
Does it work offline or on weak networks?
Teachers can mark attendance and enter marks offline; everything syncs the moment the network returns. The apps are built for 2G-class connections.
Do we get our own website and apps?
Yes. Your own domain with a live admissions form, and teacher, staff, parent and driver apps carrying your school’s name and logo.
Can we see it working before we commit?
Absolutely. We do a live walkthrough of a working school’s setup, share recordings of every module, and can connect you with a partner school for a reference call.
What support do we get?
Phone and WhatsApp support during school hours, email support with a 2-hour response, and a named engineer who knows your school’s setup.
